Based in Jefferson, Georgia, Skyline Excavation is a licensed Utility and Septic Contractor specializing in comprehensive underground infrastructure solutions. Led by proprietor Jason Skelton, our core team brings nearly 100 years of combined hands-on experience—including 36 years of direct industry leadership—to every jobsite.
We expertly handle complete utility installations, including water mains, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and commercial septic systems, alongside precision horizontal boring from 12 inches to 36 inches. Above all, we take pride in an unwavering commitment to safety, superior quality, and the highest level of integrity in everything we build.
